James Booth, Benjamin Booth & Robert Booth of Edgcombe Co. Thomas Booth late
of Edgcombe Co in his will divided his lands in Edgcombe Co among his sons the
sd James, Benjamin & Robert, but the will could not be proved & the sd lands
descended to sd John Booth as his heir; but sd John does not wish to undo his
sd father's intention & released his right to the lands. This bond is to make
